I would also like to say thank you to Diane who worked from behind the scenes to always keep me informed and was very quick to send documents that both insurance companies needed. Without her and the documentation taken by the crew while in the home I would not have a personal property claim to try and recoup a life time’s worth of belongs. AS I entered the home yesterday there was no sign of the war zone that had ensued on October 30th, pollutant free, both in the home and the HVAC system and the house was spotless including the cupboards and fridge.
