I have never experienced a house event requiring restoration, cleaning and reconstruction until this summer. Nothing tragic but a water pipe burst and subsequent damage on three floors. Hanover insurance gave various choices for restoration services. Fortuitously, we selected SERVPRO®. Initially we were contacted by a SERVPRO project manager Rory. Before we began the scope and sequence of the job, Rory gave us his cell number to use day or night. He meant every word. We chose SERVPRO options to use their contractors for plumbing services as well as the reconstruction-all of which was optional! We met the Restoration team and were set at ease with their consummate professionalism, attention to detail as well as always always an openess to discuss or clarify. Kudos to Rory and especially to Ross and Randy!! We will be indebted to returning us to a semblance of normalcy and wholeness!!!
