The ServPro team spent over a month at Pope Memorial Humane Society after we had a fire in our building that left 90% of our building affected by smoke. SERVPRO did an outstanding work restoring my home after an incredibly huge flood under my mobile home. When I discovered water in the finished side of my basement, I made a quick call to my insurance company and they sent over ServPro of the Seacoast. Not only did they take quick action to solve my problem, they were very communicative and the teams they have sent over have been friendly and personable. After an unfortunate issue due to an ice dam, I contacted Servpro to see if they could help me. They immediately sent Steve W. out to survey the damage. Steve and his associates were tremendous in every aspect of the job! They were professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, always explaining what they were doing and why. We had a heating pipe that had a slow leak and finally burst. Mold, wet wall board, wet carpet - the works. Jesse and his team did a great job cleaning everything up, getting things dried out and keeping us informed of the whole process. Made a stressful time a little less stressful.
