I just had to write and thank Justin B. and Andrew for the outstanding job they did repairing the water damage from a leaking toilet in my upstairs bathroom. It stained our living room ceiling downstairs. We have a “popcorn” ceiling. In order to restore it, the entire ceiling had to be scraped. It was a very messy, tedious job. They did an excellent job containing the area so that we had access to the rest of the house. Even though the area was contained, they cleaned the room each day before they left. They even washed the front steps to remove some dust and footprints. They were polite, professional, and happy to answer all my questions. They called each morning to let me know they were on the way. The final job was excellent. They were able to match the texture and color of the ceiling in the adjoining hallway. When they moved the furniture, wall hangings and lamps back into the room, they went out of their way to make sure it was set up exactly the way I wanted it. And the room was spotless when they left. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew.
Becky and her team were amazing! They were very helpful, understanding, and thorough when it came to dealing with unexpected kitchen rodents in our new house. Andy, Justin, Jake, and Caleb went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of, and Becky was an outstanding point of contact and incredibly knowledgeable. I really hope that nothing else happens, but I know who I'm calling if it does!
When I first contacted SERVPRO I was apprehensive, turns out it was the best thing I did. I had no idea how to address the mold problem that had crept up on my property, Shane spent all the time I needed for him to share his knowledge with me, and build me a road map to cleaning my property. Andy, and Jake arrived shortly after to take away old moldy property for disposal and cleaned and sanitized my carpets. All at a very fair price. Don’t let the initial charge to assess the property scare you off, it was well worth it, and it comes off at the end of the project. I highly recommend these people.
SERVPRO responded quickly to remediate a water damage problem caused by faulty AC drainage. Their office and onsite staff were professional in our interactions with them, and the work was done neatly and expeditiously with minimal disruption to our household.
