We had a minor technical glitch with our microwave, but his team was very accommodating in sorting the issue out. This was very sweet of them. In summary, I am absolutely impressed with this crew and they are on my speed dial should any issues arise in the future. They are indeed the go to guys in case of a home related emergency.

SERVPRO of Omaha Southwest & SERVPRO of Omaha West/Saunders County is locally owned and operated by Lathe & Nicole Toft. The Tofts purchased the Omaha Southwest franchise in July of 2019 after relocating from northwest Iowa where they were co-owners of SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes. Lathe & Nicole purchased the Omaha West/Saunders County franchise in December 2019. Lathe also brings with him a great deal of knowledge in the construction industry having previously co-owned Boji Builders Inc since 2002.
