After relocating from northwest Iowa, where they co-owned SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes, the Tofts purchased SERVPRO of Omaha Southwest in July 2019, SERVPRO of Omaha West/Saunders County in December 2019, SERVPRO of Council Bluffs in September 2021, SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest in November 2023, and SERVPRO of Sioux Falls in January 2026. Lathe also brings extensive construction expertise as the former co-owner of Boji Builders Inc., established in 2002.
