About Us
Our Story
Hi, we’re Kim and Randy Williams, the proud owners of SERVPRO of Wilkes and Alleghany Counties.
After years in the restoration and cleanup industry, we decided to start our own SERVPRO® franchise, which we incorporated in January 2009, just after the recession hit. Although the beginning was challenging, we treated every customer with empathy and respect, earning their trust one job at a time. Today, we serve the communities of Elkin, Moravian Falls, North Wilkesboro, Sparta, and Wilkesboro, NC. Our dedicated team operates 24/7/365 to meet the disaster restoration needs of our customers. We are here to help and make any size disaster “Like it never even happened.”
Over the years, we’ve helped countless individuals and businesses recover from disasters, including those impacted by Hurricane Helene.

Our State-of-the-Art Equipment
To deliver exceptional results, we operate an advanced textile cleaning facility and warehouse for recovering items damaged by fire, smoke, and water. Our cleaning room includes commercial washers, dryers, and the Esporta cleaning system, capable of restoring over 85% of items once considered non-restorable.
We also utilize ultrasonic cleaning machines, an ozone room, and a heated drying chamber, enabling us to restore items with precision and care.
Community Involvement
At SERVPRO of Wilkes and Alleghany Counties, we believe in giving back to our community beyond our restoration services. We encourage our employees to actively participate in community groups and events. Our team is involved in local festivals, parades, and initiatives supporting schools, first responders, and charitable organizations.
We also strive to educate our community by offering free continuing education (CE) classes and hosting “lunch and learns” to increase awareness of the services we provide.

We recently had our main water line filter burst and had extensive water damage in our lower living area. Ayden and Lilly were outstanding and kept us informed all along the way. They exceeded our expectations and we couldn't have asked for a better team to help us though this. Would use them again without hesitation.
Jesus Perez and Connor Grayum came to our aid the Friday before Easter…after hours! Throughout the entire experience, despite being a holiday weekend, they stayed in constant contact with us. Despite the mess they were dealing with, they answered call and texts, and maintained the utmost professionalism! Serv-pro, Jerry King and his team were awesome. If you need work done, they are the people to get. Don't look any further. We have a vacation home in Piney Creek and b/c of many situations, I had not been there for months. My husband had been. When someone finally went in, the bottom floor was flooded from the hot water heater and pipes. Jerry King and his team was hired to "fix" it. They did a superb job. I had more surgeries and still have not been able to get up there, I can't drive and live 6 hours away in SC. Knowing the situation, Jerry still worked with me to keep me informed. Not only that but he often offered to go beyond what might be expected. He did everything to make this horror better. I was very pleased with the professionalism and kindness shown to me esp. since my husband died and I was left to do it all on my own. Hopefully I won't have to, but if need be I will not hesitate to use them again.
They came in and done good we're all they got it cleaned real good and then the second crew came in and painted and they done a good job
