We needed a very specific service and did not know where to turn when someone recommended we reach out to ServPro - so let me be as direct as possible so that anyone else in this situation will hopefully find this review. This was a suicide cleanup. Every person with which I interacted from ServPro - Ally, Savannah and Aaron on the administrative side; and Alfredo, Grant and Andrae on site, were exceptional. They were immediate, kind and compassionate, and professional. Grant and Andrae were very conscientious and respectful, and did a wonderful job. Thank you all for what you do, and for helping us in a very stressful situation.

I made an emergency call around 9 pm to Servepro for water dripping from dining room ceiling. They were there within the hour and immediately went to work setting up the dryers and humidifiers. A couple of days later they then removed the damaged ceiling and floor in the upstairs bathroom and continued with the drying process. Within the week all mitigation was completed, ready for restoration. Considering the circumstances, it was a great customer service experience.

On Friday the 19th of September we were hit with an emergency due to a ruptured water line in our home. We were out of the house when it ruptured and luckily we weren't gone too long and were able to stop the flow of water before it caused even more damage. My first call upon discovering the ponding water in our great room was to Servpro. They walked me through getting a claim started with our insurance company while the crew assigned to our disaster was gearing up to arrive. Upon arrival Grant and Jorge were upbeat, they explained what was going to happen and the next steps. We had a conference call with our insurance adjuster and once it was cleared by him to proceed these two went to work drying out the room and tearing out our existing floor. They were here well into Friday night before they left. Watching them and interacting with them was a great experience. They were very knowledgeable and technically savvy. What followed the next day was the arrival of Alfredo who monitored moisture levels and continued the great communication throughout the weekend and Monday. As specific areas began getting to the proper dryness, fans and dehumidifiers were removed, small tear outs began and cabinet removals took place. These three gentlemen were as professional and courteous as we could have ever hoped for. They were great at their work, very respectful, and diligent. We would have them in our home again anytime. If you ever have to deal with a disaster in your home that you immediately know is more than you can handle on your own don't hesitate to bring Grant, Alfredo, and Jorge along with the Servpro know-how and their highly advanced approach to solving your problem into your home. Our journey isn't over yet, but it's been made a lot easier to deal with because of these gentlemen and Servpro.

When we asked questions, Alfredo was clear and concise. Alfredo explained what he was doing every step of the way! I appreciate his thoroughness.

ServePro has AMAZING TECHNICIANS. Not only are they professional, but they are also polite, patient, and kind. Alfredo, the main tech working on our home, became part of the team. He worked with us and our needs. He made personal recommendations, went above and beyond to accommodate our budget, and made sure we were in the loop. He was extremely responsive to our texts and calls, he worked with our schedule, and he was always on time, and also willing to come back if we needed something extra done. Working with him was absolutely seamless and delightful. This person is who you want in your home when an emergency is happening.
