5/5 Stars We have had to use Servpro three times for different accidents across our properties, and our experience with Servpro of E Charlotte was by far the best yet. Our team, specifically Richie and Hundley, were exceptional. They expertly navigated and resolved every challenge that arose during mitigation, completely drying the damage ahead of schedule. Their knowledge and expertise were extensive, and they were thorough in every aspect of the job. Beyond their technical skill, they were consistently professional, always calling before arriving, wearing shoe covers, and being wonderfully polite and respectful of both our home and our children. Thanks to their hard work and consistency, they helped us restore our house back to 100%. We couldn't be more grateful for their outstanding service!

Darius, Steve, Dante, Jamie and the whole team did an amazing job. They are professional, kind, respectful, knowledgeable and work hard. The most outstanding service from a water restoration team was from Darius and Davin. Both employees were professional, hardworking, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire process. They responded quickly, kept us informed every step of the way, and made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Their attention to detail, positive attitudes, and dedication to getting the job done right truly stood out. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work.
