He was transparent throughout the construction process, consistently kept me updated on progress, patiently answered my questions, and addressed any concerns promptly.
During construction, there were several unexpected findings that required additional repairs, but Mike made quick decisions and brought in the necessary crews immediately, which kept the project on track. The final result exceeded my expectations—the home turned out to be in better condition and higher quality than the original construction.
