SERVPRO of High Point

On the Friday night after Thanksgiving 2023, while my husband and I were out of town over 5 hours away, we received a call that our home was flooded. We first called a water restoration company and had to leave a message. We then decided to try SERVPRO of High Point and our call was answered by Carlos Nino (owner) who took immediate action. When we arrived home Saturday morning, SERVPRO was also pulling into our driveway. As distraught as we were, we felt somewhat relieved as Carlos and his team began handling our mitigation issues. His mitigation team (Ivan, Nick, Chris, and Savannah) took care of working with our insurance company, packaging up our personal belongings, and the mitigation of our home. Once, the mitigation was completed, we decided to stay with SERVPRO of High Point to handle the restoration process. We were introduced to Troy Lescalleet (reconstruction project manager), who led the restoration effort along with his restoration team (Dan and Shane ) to get our home restored. They assisted us with so much empathy and professionalism during this difficult 5-month period.
Although I would not wish such a flooding event upon anyone, but if ever faced with such a catastrophe, I would highly recommend SERVPRO of High Point to service your needs. They took charge and executed as if it was personal. From extracting the water to putting on the last knobs on our new cabinets, even counseling, giving personal advise and recommendations, they took charge of it all. We were so out of our element not knowing what to do, but it was obvious this was their area of expertise. Our home is now restored and we can't thank SERVPRO of High Point enough.

SERVPRO helped after some laundry room flooding happened. Troy called to walk us through everything and let us know who would he coming to our house on which days! Ivan and his partner were very professional when they came in to tear up the floors. Then when Dan and Shane came back to put new floors they were very professional also and got the job done in a timely manner! Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

Water damage from upstairs was quickly dried out and removed. Then the awesome restoration team Dan and Shane replaced ceiling and walls with such precision you can't even see where the damage was. Project manager Troy was great! He explained everything so we wouldn't worry and kept the project going, honoring our schedule. I highly recommend this Serve Pro team to fix anything your home needs.

I had flood damage from a broken pipe in my townhome and SERVPRO responded quickly and had their staff working on the job within 24 hours. They did the extraction and clean up and they also did the rebuild as well. The SERVPRO Team did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them!

Nick , Troy , and their crew were exceptional… They put my wife and I at ease by explaining the process and answering all of our questions and concerns. Job was completed and in the time frame promised.

I had a pipe burst in my home and SERVPRO handled the water mitigation and reconstruction. They removed and replaced my damaged flooring and drywall along with repainting. When they were done, it was hard to tell there was any damage to begin with. Troy, Shane, and Nick provided great customer service throughout the whole process; they and their team did a great job.

FANTASTIC JOB! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this team. No one wants to go through a water leak, but if you do.. this is the team to call!!! They quickly came to the house and got things moving along. Nick and his team were great with the mitigation. He always took the time to answer all my questions and that meant so much to me. After things dried out, I had a choice to continue with SERVPRO of HP or contract work out, and there was so question… I wanted to stay with Troy and his team for the restoration. Troy made sure insurance covered all the repairs and restoration we needed from the water damage. Dan and Shane did a phenomenal job at painting, mudding, leveling floors…..you name it, this team does it… and does it right. They don’t just do things average, they go above and beyond to make sure jobs are done right and to your satisfaction. Thank you Troy, Nick, Dan, Shane, and SERVPRO team for ALL your hard work! You guys are awesome! Thank you Troy for being patient with all the decisions I had to make and helping me get the floors of my dreams! I hope we don’t have to go through a leak again, but if we do… I know exactly who to call!
