About Us
SERVPRO of Bay St. Louis/Diamondhead is locally owned and operated by three partners, Stuart Andrus, Coty Reeves, and Kenny Fourroux. Stuart Andrus has owned and operated SERVPRO of Greater Covington and Mandeville in Louisiana since 2009. Coty Reeves and Kenny Fourroux previously managed Complete Restoration Services, a construction company specializing in rebuilding after restoration projects. Together, Stuart, Coty, and Kenny bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the communities of Bay St. Louis, Diamondhead, Kiln, and Picayune, Mississippi.

REVISED REVIEW TO SAY KALEB BORROWED PERSONAL ITEMS FROM US WHILE EMPLOYED HERE AND THEN HE GHOSTED US IN ALL OUR ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT HIM FOR PAYMENT OR THE ITEMS' RETURN. BASIC LOW LEVEL SCAM IN OUR OPINION AND UNEXPECTED OF A COMPANY SUCH AS SERVPRO WHO IS SENT TO HOMEOWNERS BY THEIR INSURERS. HIS ACTIONS LOWERS OUR DECISION TO REUSE SERVPRO IF/WHEN NEEDED IN THE FUTURE. We give Donnie and Kaleb ALL THE STARS IN THE SKY for a review if it were possible. No one wants to go with residual smoke damage/smoke remediation, but, now on the other side of the work, we can’t imagine going through the various ServPro processes with anyone other than these two. They have made it as peaceful and calm as possible for us two oldens. Ell, too, is another ServPro hero who doesn’t wear a cape. We well up with tears thinking about how, in the days immediately after the fire, she explained the various processes they would be employing to help make us whole. We were new to ServPro but, now that we know about them, we know we definitely haven’t seen the last of them! There are many uses for their services outside of smoke remediation.
