I really appreciated that SERVPRO kept in touch as we worked our way to the top of their work list. The technicians worked efficiently and left a clean work space when finished. Each person we encountered was pleasant and helpful.
On Friday, December 18, Technicians Tony, Mario, Mandy, and Anthony came to assess the problem and begin the clean-up. We were happy to see that they thought it was important to wear masks. When any of the team talked to us that day, and every day, they also kept the social distance. We both have health issues and are very careful about seeing anyone and wore our masks whenever we talked to anyone. The reason I say this is to let you know how much we appreciated everyone's thoughtfulness for us as senior citizens and with health problems.
When they were sorting out things on Monday, they brought them up to the garage so we didn't have to go downstairs. They always let us know when they were coming, so we could move the vehicle out so they could get through the garage with any of their machines and hoses. Kate from the office called us several times and I had to call her several times. She was always very helpful and listened to any question and answered them. They performed all the work efficiently and we will definitely recommend your team of technicians to anyone that we know would need this type of service. Thanks to everyone at SERVPRO!
