Best service ever! Had called another service initially and got horrible follow up. I spoke to Jill on a Thursday morning and she had her crew come to the house Thursday afternoon, with a contract to us by end of they. They were ready to go the next day! Took them 3 days and they did a fantastic job! Highly recommend Jill, Mike and crew! 100%

I hardly know where to start to let this review bring a HUGE SHOUT OUT to SERVPRO in Kirksville. From the very first phone call I made to Jill to the final follow up call they made I have never received such wonderful customer service and care. And that doesn't even include how amazing of a job they did on deep cleaning my sister's place. I had asked for a deep clean of her entire apartment. Floors, Fans, furniture, carpet, everything, and MORE and I was so pleased with everything. I actually live in Iowa and trusted them totally to do a good job and man I was not disappointed. Kirksville is blessed to have this company. When I got to Kirksville and went into my sister's place it was just perfect. Clean, fresh, and trust me it was a deep cleaned place. THank you SERVPRO team you guys are the best and I totally will be calling you again.

I had a mold problem in my garage. 15 minutes after calling ServPro to see if they could take care of it, they sent Mike out to do the initial assessment. That was on a Friday afternoon. First thing Monday morning I had a line item estimate, with the total cost being very reasonable. A week later (which gave me the time I needed to clear out the garage), they came and got rid of all the mold. This did mean taking out all the drywall in the garage, but the mold had been spreading, so this was absolutely the right decision. They hepa vacuumed, they sprayed antimicrobial solution. They thoroughly cleaned my garage. They were efficient and expert from start to finish. I hope I never have another mold problem again. And given the clean-up done by ServPro, I don't think I will! But if something like this ever happens again, I will go to ServPro for help.

Quickly came to check damage extent on my father's house and was back quickly to fix all the problems. They were very nice and courteous and I would recommend them to anyone!
