On December 3rd, I had a toilet valve break and flood the bathroom and the floors below it. The SERVPRO crew chief that arrived first was calming while I was concerned about what it all would entail. The guys went to work immediately, and dried what we (home owner and friend) didn't get to, set up fans, and did all they needed to do to start the process. This went on for 3 days. In the end, the place was cleaned up and ready for construction workers to fix the damage that was done. I'm very grateful for the crew for making it a simple and seamless clean up. I'm glad they exist for these kinds of experiences. The crew was AWESOME in their response and I wouldn't hesitate to call or use them again (I hope I don't have to though, no one likes disasters like this), nor should any future potential client. Thanks to this crew, my house is back to normal.
