Within an hour the SERVPRO team equipped us with fans, dehumidifiers, and heaters to dry out our sheeting for spray foam for our new build. I had a hot water pipe spring a leak in the crawl space that went unnoticed for some time. When found, it was like a sauna in there. However, that company was difficult to work with and I ended up changing to SERVPRO based on the recommendation of a friend and Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 542. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. Cloud State University, Shaun is deeply rooted in the restoration industry, boasting over 20 years of experience. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structure Drying (ASD), Lead Renovator, and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT). When not working, Shaun enjoys hunting and spending time with his family and friends, often partaking in winter activities like snowmobiling. Shaun's extensive background in the field underscores his commitment to excellence and punctuality, aligning with our motto of "Creating Happy Customers."
