Shaun - Owner
Meet our owner, Shaun Hickman. Shaun has a solid 20+ years in the restoration field. He has obrtained certifications in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structure Drying (ASD), Lead Renovator and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT.) When our owner is not in the field you can find him hunting and hanging out with family and friends. Like most Minnesotans in the winter, you would find him rippin’ around on snowmobiles.

Brandon - Project Manager
Brandon is the Commercial Large Loss Project Manager at SERVPRO Team Hickman, where he oversees large-scale restoration projects for commercial properties. With exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, he coordinates every aspect of disaster response—from initial assessment and planning to execution and closeout—ensuring seamless service, timely completion, and outstanding results for clients.

Bo is the Marketing Manager at SERVPRO Team Hickman, overseeing marketing efforts across all eight franchise territories. With a creative mindset and strategic vision, he leads initiatives that build brand awareness, strengthen community partnerships, and drive business growth. Bo plays a key role in ensuring SERVPRO’s message of fast, reliable service reaches the right audiences throughout the region.

Laura is the Human Resources Manager at SERVPRO Team Hickman. She handles hiring, training, and supports the team with anything HR-related. Laura helps make sure employees feel welcomed, valued, and set up for success from day one. Her friendly, approachable style helps create a great place to work.
Kade
Kade is the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at SERVPRO Team Hickman. He takes care of our equipment, vehicles, and facilities to make sure everything runs smoothly and safely. When something breaks or needs tuning, Kade is the one who fixes it. His hard work keeps our team ready to respond and our operations on track every day.
Mikayla
Mikayla is the Office Manager at SERVPRO Team Hickman. She keeps the office running smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating communication, and supporting both the team and clients. Her attention to detail and organizational skills help ensure that every call, appointment, and job runs efficiently—making her an essential part of our day-to-day operations.

Sara is the Accounting Manager at SERVPRO Team Hickman. She oversees all financial aspects of the business, ensuring accuracy in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. With a sharp eye for detail and a strong grasp of financial strategy, Sara helps keep the company financially healthy and positioned for growth.
Katie
Katie is the Contents Manager at SERVPRO Team Hickman. She leads the team responsible for cleaning, restoring, and inventorying items affected by fire, water, or other damage. With a strong focus on care and detail, Katie ensures that every item is treated with respect and restored to the highest standard whenever possible.
Shanda
Shanda handles Accounts Receivable at SERVPRO Team Hickman, making sure invoices are processed accurately and payments are tracked on time. Her attention to detail and strong communication skills help keep the financial side of the business running smoothly while supporting both customers and the team.
Tracy
Tracy manages Accounts Payable at SERVPRO Team Hickman, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time. Her organization and efficiency help keep our financial operations running smoothly and our partnerships strong.
Marissa
Marissa is the Softgoods Supervisor at SERVPRO Team Hickman. She leads the team responsible for cleaning and restoring textiles like clothing, bedding, and other soft contents using our specialized Esporta Wash System. Marissa’s attention to detail ensures every item is returned clean, fresh, and ready for use.
Shania
Shania is the In-Shop Supervisor for the Contents division at SERVPRO Team Hickman. She oversees the cleaning, packing, and inventory of items brought into our facility after fire or water damage. With a focus on quality and care, Shania ensures each item is handled properly and restored to the highest standard.
Jeremy
Jeremy is the Assistant Contents Manager at SERVPRO Team Hickman. He supports day-to-day operations in the Contents division, helping coordinate pack-outs, inventory, and cleaning processes. With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, Jeremy plays a key role in making sure customers’ belongings are handled with care and restored properly.

Just my luck to see these guys twice in two weeks. The first at my home and the second at my business after a water issue in my building. The team was fast, efficient and tried to make me feel at ease in both situations. I am so grateful for their work, professionalism, friendliness as well as caring attitudes! I highly recommend them!!!

There’s no job too big or small for the SERVPRO team! From shampooing thousands of square feet of hallways to shampooing apartment carpets for future move ins, they always go above and beyond our expectations. As a large senior living facility we are lucky to have SERVPRO take care of all our carpet cleaning needs. SERVPRO also works hard to get us on their schedule as fast as they can and are always super kind and easy to work with!
SERVPRO did a very thorough job of detecting the problem and taking care of it. They made as many trips as needed to get the best result. They were very informative and courteous. They answered all our questions and explained all that they were doing and why. We are very pleased with their endeavors.
Our MN home was covered inside in ice…Floors to ceiling. Nothing I would want anyone to go thru…the staff at SERVPRO have been so kind and professional and mostly reassuring that our house will be a home again. The mitigation part is complete and now I am working with SERVPRO for the remodel and I know I am in good hands! I would highly recommend these folks

About Our Owner
Shaun Hickman, a lifelong Minnesotan, resides in Wright County with his wife, Valerie, and their three children, two of whom are currently employed by SERVPRO of Maple Grove, Corcoran, Brooklyn Park, Champlin. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. Cloud State University, Shaun is deeply rooted in the restoration industry, boasting over 20 years of experience. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structure Drying (ASD), Lead Renovator, and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT). When not working, Shaun enjoys hunting and spending time with his family and friends, often partaking in winter activities like snowmobiling. Shaun's extensive background in the field underscores his commitment to excellence and punctuality, aligning with our motto of "Creating Happy Customers."
