We were on a time crunch for water mitigation and when we didn't know what to do we called the only person we could think of to get advice. Well, we got more than advice. Within an hour the SERVPRO team equipped us with fans, dehumidifiers, and heaters to dry out our sheeting for spray foam for our new build. Who would have thought that this was yet another service they could provide. We are forever thankful for the quick response, dedication, and incredible customer service we received.
They were very thorough going through our things with us before they starting cleaning up and sanitizing our basement. I had a hot water pipe spring a leak in the crawl space that went unnoticed for some time. When found, it was like a sauna in there. My insurance company referred another company that I won't mention here. That company came out and did the dry out. However, that company was difficult to work with and I ended up changing to SERVPRO based on the recommendation of a friend and Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 542. With SERVPRO, it was like night and day. Shawn Hickman came out and was easy and professional to work with. Shaun Hickman, a lifelong Minnesotan, resides in Wright County with his wife, Valerie, and their three children, two of whom are currently employed by SERVPRO of Maple Grove, Corcoran, Brooklyn Park, Champlin. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. Cloud State University, Shaun is deeply rooted in the restoration industry, boasting over 20 years of experience. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structure Drying (ASD), Lead Renovator, and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT). When not working, Shaun enjoys hunting and spending time with his family and friends, often partaking in winter activities like snowmobiling. Shaun's extensive background in the field underscores his commitment to excellence and punctuality, aligning with our motto of "Creating Happy Customers."
