The Servepro team came down to Asheville NC to help during Hurricane Helene. According to the guys they rented a house all together (8-9 of them) and worked 12-18 hour days. ServPro helped us clean up from a basement flood. The team arrived within 90 minutes of calling (faster than other companies were able to arrive) and spent the day removing standing water from the basement. They set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the basement and stopped by daily to check the progress over the course of the next 7 days. Overall, very satisfied with the work the team did and felt like our bill was fairly priced at the end.
