We understand the stress that comes after a major loss, and each individual person on our team plays a pivotal role in ensuring each job looks "Like it never even happened."

President

• Starting out working in the franchise in December 2012, Josh’s dedication and tenacity propelled him to new heights. In 2017, he achieved a major milestone by purchasing SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County and SERVPRO of Fenton as his first franchises, paving the way for an incredible journey of growth and success.
• Josh holds multiple IICRC Certifications and is not afraid to still get his hands dirty on a job site.
• In his spare time, you can find him on the golf course or on the water.

President

• Since March 2018, Eric has been a part of the SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County and SERVPRO of Fenton family.
• He has been in the restoration industry for over 20 years with a masters in Fire and Water Restoration. His knowledge and experience have helped our company grow exponentially.
• Eric has been married to his amazing wife since 2002 and has two kids, Jacob and Madison.
• He holds a black belt in Karate, loves cars, and enjoys playing golf.

Office Manager

• Carolyn first joined our SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County and SERVPRO of Fenton family back in March of 2007. She is the true OG of the office!
• She started as an Assistant Project Manager for the Reconstruction department, then moved over to the Mitigation department, then assisted BOTH departments at the same time (because she's amazing), landing her where she is now.
• Never backing down from what gets thrown at her and her stubbornness have helped Carolyn flourish in her current position.
• While not at work, she enjoys walking in the woods, hunting for good bourbon, and spending time with family and friends.

Human Resources | Accounts Receivable

• Lisa has been a part of a few different SERVPRO franchises for years, finally ending up on the SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County and SERVPRO of Fenton team in March 2023.
• Having 15+ years in the SERVPRO system, she brings a plethora of knowledge to her current position.
• Lisa's passion is animals of all kinds, if she won the lottery, the first thing she would purchase would be a rescue farm.
• In her spare time, she loves spending time with her five beautiful granddaughters, and sometimes their parents ;). Her new puppy, Lucy, has also been keeping her busy outside of work.

Accounts Payable Assistant

• Since September 2022, Jesi has been a part of our SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County and SERVPRO of Fenton family.
• With over 25 years of experience in Customer Service, Office Administration, and Accounting, she excelled in her Customer Service position, quickly adding Administrative Assistant to her title as well. She has recently shifted over to her new position with our ever growing company.
• Jesi is an active Mother of four from Montrose, MI. She spends most of her time supporting and cheering on her children in all their many endeavors.
• When she finally has a free moment, Jesi likes to travel and find live music to enjoy.

• Lauren has been with the SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County and SERVPRO of Fenton family since 2017.
• She has an extensive background in restaurants, so her customer service is top-notch. You can take the girl out of hospitality, but you can't take the hospitality out of the girl!
• What is Lauren not involved with?! She's heavily involved in the Flint and Genesee Chamber, Flint and Genesee Young Professionals, and the Flushing Area Chamber, just to name a few.
• She is a Flushing native and loves working in and supporting her community.
• Lauren is a soccer fanatic, coaching both her girls teams and playing on an adult rec league as well.
• Traveling is her JAM and she loves to camp with her family.

• Mark started with us in 2017 as a Restoration Technician.
• He worked his way up to Project Manager through hard work and dedication.
• His hands-on experience and leadership make him an invaluable part of our team.

Commercial Consultant

• Terry first joined our SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County and SERVPRO of Fenton team in September 2020.
• This is his retirement gig, after being a Television News Videographer for over 25 years.
• Terry works closely with our local fire departments, as well as commercial property owners. He's a perfect fit because he loves helping people who are experiencing what is quite possibly one of the worst days of their lives when they call us.
• When not working, Terry likes traveling to visit his two adult children, and is a big fan of golf and the outdoors.

Structure + Personal Property Project Manager

• Steve joined the SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County and SERVPRO of Fenton team in November 2022.
• He recently transitioned into his new position from a Reconstruction Project Manager.
• Prior to joining SERVPRO, Steve managed a basement finishing company in the Metro Detroit area and worked in construction for over 10 years.
• Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) include, Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT).
• Steve enjoys spending his time off with his wife and kids, playing cornhole, and golf.

Assistant Project Manager

• Heather joined the SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County and SERVPRO of Fenton team in November 2021 after moving to Michigan from California.
• While in California, she was an Assistant Project Manager for a General Contractor so she brings quite a bit of knowledge from her previous position.
• Heather started her SERVPRO journey as an Assistant Project Manager in the water mitigation department and has recently transitioned to the personal property and structure cleaning department.
• She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, bowling, and trying new places to eat.
• When walking into the office, you may be greeted by the wagging tail of her little dog, Baylee!

• Since February of 2018, Misty has been a part of the SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County and SERVPRO of Fenton family.
• She has been in her position from the start and absolutely loves it. She thinks of her co-workers as a big family.
• Misty excels in her position because helping customers in their time of need, and restoring their homes is incredibly rewarding to her.
• In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

• In 2019, Tom joined us as a Restoration and Reconstruction Technician.
• His knowledge, background in construction, and work ethic fast tracked him to his current position.
• We're extremely lucky to have him on our team.

• Carrie joined the SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County and SERVPRO of Fenton team back in 2018.
• She excels in customer service - listening, helping, and supporting our community members in their time of need.
• Carrie is actively involved in the communities SERVPRO serves. Engaging with our neighbors and showing her support for worthy causes such as Justice for Liley, Kiwanis, and Team Works.
• In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, reading, gardening, swimming, and exploring nature.

• Rex has been our resident "Mr. Fix-It" since 2020.
• Keeping our fleet sharp, equipment in check, and the warehouse running smoothly - Rex does it all!

• Since October 2013, Betsy has expertly and caringly cleaned and restored our customers' personal property. Her long-term dedication ensures their cherished belongings are treated with utmost respect and meticulous detail, providing comfort during difficult times.
