Jared Lamey- President/Owner
Jared Lamey is the President and Owner of SERVPRO of Portland, South Portland, Biddeford-Saco and The Sebago Lake Region, where he leads with a strong belief in the power of a family-style business culture. SERVPRO of Portland, South Portland, Biddeford-Saco and The Sebago Lake Region has grown into a trusted name in restoration and reconstruction known not only for technical excellence but also for its people-first approach.
Bridget Arey - General Manager
Bridget has been with Team Lamey since 2013. She started as an Administrative Assistant and quickly worked her way up to Billing Manager and most recently as a Large Loss Sales and Support Specialist. Bridget has been instrumental in the growth of our company, working closely with residential, commercial and large loss customers and adjusters. She adds a new vision for SERVPRO of Portland, South Portland, Biddeford-Saco & The Sebago Lake Region that is going to further our commitment to our clients, customers, and employees in the years to come. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, she is the middle child of 9 siblings. She enjoys the Maine summers, going to the beach and playing disc golf. Bridget has a rescue cat Whitmore and enjoys going for walks with her Sheep-Doodle Pippen.
Mary Cobb- Office Manager
Mary joined our team in the Fall of 2018. She has been a great asset to our team managing the office and taking care of our HR needs. We love that her candy bowl is always full in the office. When not working at SERVPRO of Portland, Mary enjoys outdoor activities with her family, hiking, biking, kayaking, snowshoeing and traveling anywhere with her "sisters".
Jim Francoeur - Reconstruction Manager
Jim Francoeur joined our team in October 2015. Jim manages our construction services division for our Portland office. Jim brings 30+ years of experience specializing in insurance claims in Maine. After mitigation work has been completed, Jim will begin the reconstruction process in your home or business to get your property back to its preloss condition.
Katrina Millett - Operations Manager
Katrina has been with SERVPRO of Portland since 2008. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage & Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Fire & Smoke Restoration. Katrina has developed great relationships with our customers and has excellent communication skills. In her spare time, Katrina enjoys hanging with friends and boating on Sebago Lake.
Chandler Brooks- Project Manager
Chandler joined our team in January 2023. He was no stranger to SERVPRO as he worked for another SERVPRO before coming to Team Lamey. Chandler is IICRC certified in water and is our go to Project Manager for jobs in the Biddeford-Saco and Kennebunks area. In his spare time, Chandler enjoys skiing, camping and hanging with his dog Cora, an Australian Shepherd.
Brandon Booth - Project Manager
Brandon Booth has joined Team Lamey as a Project Manager, bringing with him a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellence, and a results-driven approach to every project he leads. With a background in restoration and project coordination, Brandon excels at managing timelines, resources, and client expectations with precision.
Lori Bataran- Project Manager
Lori Bataran joins Team Lamey as a Project Manager, bringing with her a strong foundation in insurance claims and a valuable perspective from her previous roles as an adjuster. With years of hands-on experience navigating complex claims processes, Lori understands the critical intersection between policyholder needs, carrier expectations, and project execution. Lori has WRT and ASD IICRC certifications.
In Lori's spare time she likes to spend time with family, work on her farm and ride her scooter, Harley and her beautiful horse Miss Dolly.
Justin Berube - Project Manager
Justin joined our team in December 2023 and has been an amazing addition to our team. He is a quick learner and has successfully passed his IICRC certifications in water and in fire. In his spare time, Justin enjoys fishing, playing softball and hanging with his son.
Rob Burton - Large Loss Project Manager
Rob Burton is an experienced Large Loss Project Manager specializing in the oversight and recovery of complex property losses. With a strong background in disaster response and restoration project management, Rob leads cross-functional teams to deliver timely, cost-effective solutions for high-value insurance claims and catastrophic events.
Dylan Francoeur - Reconstruction Project Manager
Dylan joined our team in October 2015 and works closely with customers and contractors while supervising both residential and commercial reconstruction jobs. Dylan is motivated and hard working and we couldn't be luckier to have him on our team. In Dylan's spare time he enjoys fishing, fishing and more fishing.
Holly Merrill- Marketing Manager
Holly has been a member of the SERVPRO of Portland team since August 2012. Prior to joining SERVPRO, she spent 12 years in the property management industry, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges property professionals face. Today, she works closely with property managers and facilities directors, serving as their trusted resource for both emergency and non-emergency restoration services.
Holly holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Fire Restoration from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), reflecting her commitment to industry knowledge and best practices.
In addition to her professional work, Holly is active in the regional business community. She serves on the boards of the Maine Real Estate Managers Association (MREMA) and the Westbrook/Gorham Chamber of Commerce. She also contributes her time to the Membership Committee for the Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA).
Rick Talbot- Marketing Representative
Rick joined the SERVPRO of Portland Marketing Team in November 2019, bringing with him a strong focus on relationship-building and customer service. In his role, Rick works closely with commercial clients to develop customized Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs), helping businesses prepare for the unexpected and minimize downtime in the event of a disaster.
With a career rooted in trust, communication, and long-term connections, Rick’s genuine approach has consistently kept him top of mind with clients and colleagues alike.
He lives in Standish with his wife, Sue, and their two dogs, Lucy and Bella.
Kyle Lemay- Assistant Production Manager
Kyle rejoins our team as a hard working & dedicated employee. Kyle's previous experience with our team made it an easy transition for him to jump back into the busy schedule, helping those affected by water and fire damage. Kyle has been instrumental in working with businesses disinfecting against COVID-19. Kyle has his water (WRT) and Fire (SRT) IICRC Certification.

We recently had major water damage from our washing machine which flooded the floor and the basement below. The SERVPRO team did a great job arriving quickly on site. Paul and the team immediately went to work identifying the issues and saving our wood floors. They worked quickly and effectively to minimize the damage and further costs. On top of that they provided amazing customer service dealing with insurance and a shout out to Karen who went above and beyond to help us sort out the payments. I highly recommend them!!
We have the nastiest stains upstairs as a result of a dog‘s Gastro intestinal difficulties ( ewww - I know) And SERVPRO Biddeford Saco was able to do an outstanding job removing them. I can’t thank TJ and his team enough for not just doing an outstanding and thorough job on the carpets, but for the exceptional customer service that came along with it. Truly professional and truly and a very good experience!
I work in an office building that has had some flooding issues.
A call was made to Matt True, owner of SERVPRO about 7:30am yesterday morning. Matt assured us he would have people at our facility by 8:30. By 8:20 we had 2 professional workers, assessed the water damage, brought in necessary equipment, moved extremely heavy file cabinets, and worked non stop for at least 6 hours. At the end, one of the workers wanted to go over the area to make sure nothing had been forgotten. Next day, the Owner Matt True was here to inspect, and take moisture readings. We still have some moisture so he will be back tomorrow. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Hopefully we will not have this problem again but if we do it will be the first call I make
