Here at SERVPRO of Biddeford-Saco we are a family owned and operated franchise. You may see that phrase branded throughout our website and social media but what that really means to us truly sets SERVPRO apart in the restoration industry.
Our favorite story Matt True tells is of a former employee who showed up (on his bicycle) when they first opened in 2013 with a scruffy beard and holes in his shoes looking for a job. It was winter, things were freezing up and shop doors had just opened. After the first day it was evident he was a hard worker so Matt took him to buy brand new boots.
This employee, grateful for the opportunity, quickly become the best employee we had. Matt and Lisa quickly sent him to become certified by the IICRC as a Water Restoration Technician. Unfortunately for us he has moved on because to pursue his dream of being a plumber because of the opportunity we provided.
They also stay connected outside of their employees and customers. They are deeply rooted in motocross racing and stock car racing and through SERVPRO of Biddeford-Saco sponsor local athletes to help them pursue their dreams. They can often be found at motocross tracks and speedways (if they’re not watching The Bruins).
The level of commitment and compassion that comes from Matt and Lisa True is what makes SERVPRO of Biddeford-Saco not just another franchise but defines the meaning of "Family owned and operated."

We recently had major water damage from our washing machine which flooded the floor and the basement below. The SERVPRO team did a great job arriving quickly on site. Paul and the team immediately went to work identifying the issues and saving our wood floors. They worked quickly and effectively to minimize the damage and further costs. On top of that they provided amazing customer service dealing with insurance and a shout out to Karen who went above and beyond to help us sort out the payments. I highly recommend them!!
We have the nastiest stains upstairs as a result of a dog‘s Gastro intestinal difficulties ( ewww - I know) And SERVPRO Biddeford Saco was able to do an outstanding job removing them. I can’t thank TJ and his team enough for not just doing an outstanding and thorough job on the carpets, but for the exceptional customer service that came along with it. Truly professional and truly and a very good experience!
I work in an office building that has had some flooding issues.
A call was made to Matt True, owner of SERVPRO about 7:30am yesterday morning. Matt assured us he would have people at our facility by 8:30. By 8:20 we had 2 professional workers, assessed the water damage, brought in necessary equipment, moved extremely heavy file cabinets, and worked non stop for at least 6 hours. At the end, one of the workers wanted to go over the area to make sure nothing had been forgotten. Next day, the Owner Matt True was here to inspect, and take moisture readings. We still have some moisture so he will be back tomorrow. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Hopefully we will not have this problem again but if we do it will be the first call I make

Our rental agency had the pleasure of working with Kim at SERVPRO for our Emergency Ready Profile. She was extremely professional, informative and quick to provide us with the completion of the profile. They brought attention to the points I would never think of at the time of an emergency. Thank you for your patience with receiving payment while the insurance company finally agreed that the 3 bills for the sewer clean up was a reasonable bill!! You came promptly to clean up a bad situation for an elderly couple when the wife just had major surgery in Boston and come home to this sewer mess!
