An unattended bathtub overflowed pouring water all over the bathroom and bedroom floors. The water had also seeped into the floor below and flooded the area. Brandon arrived within hours and expertly explained how SERVPRO would handle the water mitigation and cleanup. Patrick and his crew were there the next day with high powered fans and dehumidifiers for both levels. They were very efficient and courteous and explained the timeframe for drying the floors and walls. Patrick also said I could call him at any time if I had any questions. Brandon came the next day to ensure everything was progressing properly and then a couple days later to test for any remaining wet areas. The damaged area was completely dry by then. Ashley and Ben arrived a couple days after to remove the sheetrock and insulation that had been damaged. They were extremely polite and went straight to work. They did an excellent job with the demo causing minimal mess and left the area extremely clean. I would highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone who needs their services.
I had a wonderful experience with Servpro!I emailed Brandon about mold in my basement. He responded immediately with a phone call and came to assess the basement two days later. He was very professional and clear in his explanation of how he would proceed. I will definitely hire him for this issue when I can fit it in my schedule. I will also call him for any future cleaning needs. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
We had a water issue due to a refrigerator gone crazy. Brandon, our project manager was first to arrive. He did a very detailed assessment, was very clear with his information and the process of clean-up. Next day Cameron & Zach arrive to place all the equipment to dry us out. They were incredibly polite and as they placed the fans etc. they kept me informed of the “what and why”. They were, by far, the best experience I have had with service people in my home. Job is complete, we’re all dried out and equipment is gone. I COULD NOT of had a better experience with this Servpro team, from Brandon to Cameron and Zach. Excellent and I will not to hesitate to call them again should the need arise. Highly recommend!!!
The SERVPRO crew of Biddeford-Saco did a great job of responding, addressing and solving the water issue we had. The team/crew of Brandon, Ashley, Jason, & Jake were very attentive, considerate, courteous, and professional. They responded quickly and monitored the issue and kept us informed until it was resolved. Thank you everyone
Kennebunk Fire Rescue Central Station flooded due to a failed water heater in Town Hall in late Friday afternoon April 17 before a holiday weekend. Crews were out for several hours handling emergency calls so it was not noticed until there were several inches of water throughout the entire station. We are used to working with ServPro for clean up after house fires, we are not used to being the customer. The crew worked extremely quickly and efficiently to mitigate our water problem and get us towards drying the station out. It was all hands on deck for the surf pro crew despite at being late afternoon on a Friday of a long holiday weekend. By the end of the holiday weekend, our station was 100% dried out with minimal permanent damage. Fantastic job well done by Jake, Kyle, Patrick, and Ashley of the Biddeford office.
Having worked with Servpro as a Facilities Director in a Healthcare Facility, I can attest that their service is top notch. They were not only able to clean up after our Smith boiler blew a rope gasket (with black iron water everywhere) they were able to do it in a working facility without disturbing ongoing operations which was a HUGE help.

Team Ashley was very professional, thorough, timely, and friendly. They vacuumed and cleaned our plaster dust covered basement, leaving it sparkling and fresh, from hazardous air quality to healthy air quality!
