The recent storm caused flooding in my basement. SERVPRO was very responsive and got my basement back to normal.

damage to our home. Checked in every day to take readings and know how we were doing. Amanda even offered to move a plant for me. If we lived in Maine they would be the company we would call.
Called company after discovering water heater had been slowly leaking for some time, damaging all the floors in the finished basement. Company was called and began work the same day. They explained why flooring needed to be removed and worked quickly and without further damage to dry out the basement and remove the wet flooring. They were here everyday they promised and always on time. Their service during this period of difficult staffing and response time was outstanding.

Chris, Rich, DJ, Randi and all of the other SERVPRO staff were great. Very responsive to our needs and you answered all of our questions. While having water damage in your home is not a fun event, we knew we didn't need to worry about the cleanup and drying- you guys had our backs. While I hope never have to deal with something like this again, if we do we'll be working with SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick.
