Chris, Rich, DJ, Randi and all of the other SERVPRO staff were great. Very responsive to our needs and you answered all of our questions. While having water damage in your home is not a fun event, we knew we didn't need to worry about the cleanup and drying- you guys had our backs. From upon returning from a nice birthday dinner for my wife, we were greeted by a quickly developing "pond" in our finished basement. At 8:30pm, I called Barbara Rapoza and within 20 minutes, a crew of 2 were in my basement with 3 more people showing up in the next 30 minutes.
What I had hoped would be mitigating a water leak became so much more. Your team of professionals. led by DJ, removed the damaged carpeting and other material, installed fans, etc. and then began to truly educate us on the insurance process. DJ corresponded with our insurance adjuster on numerous occasions to "fill in the gaps" of information and was extremely proactive in all his duties.
Within a week, all damaged material was gone, furniture was moved and the rebuilding process began. Once again, DJ and his crew were prompt, professional and courteous in every interaction and dealing. So much more goes into the interaction with SERVPRO than just mitigating damage. And that is the TRUE value of the above and beyond attitude displayed by every single employee I had the pleasure of coming into contact with.
