Meet Our Team

Brian has been with SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick-Belfast/Camden/Rockland, since 1998 and has several years of experience, industry training and certifications. When not at work, he enjoys coaching, baseball, fishing, hiking and being with his family. He is a current board member and past president of Brunswick Cal Ripken and past board member of BAYFL. When asked about what he likes about working at SERVPRO, this was his response: “I enjoy working daily with a great team with one goal, to help people in need and taking a bad or not so good situation and making it a positive experience.”

Darren has been with SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick – Belfast/Camden/Rockland for a total of seven years as of 2023 and is industry trained and certified. He was with us previously as a Production Technician and then left to pursue other endeavors and rejoined us in November 2020 as we prepared to take on the Belfast/Camden/Rockland office. When Darren was asked what he liked most about being a team member at SERVPRO, he had this to say: “I like that each day is different, and we never know what the day is going to bring.” When he is not at SERVPRO Darren can be found coaching softball, helping out with the Bangor West Little League, going to concerts, fishing or camping and spending time with his wife, and three daughters.

DJ has been with SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick since 2009 and is industry trained and certified as well as has experience with property management maintenance. When not at work he enjoys spending time with family and doing small remodel projects around his home. DJ shared that a couple of his favorite experience at SERVPRO thus far “was witnessing how a large loss team is orchestrated and being a part of that team to produce a large amount of work in a short timeframe while working with other SERVPRO’s in Maine. Also, gaining experience at ASD training at SERVPRO corporate and walking the through the corporate office.”

Chris has been with SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick since 2012 and is industry trained and certified and has several years of customer service/retail management and is a U.S. Army veteran. When not at work Chris enjoys spending time with his family, watching his boys play sports and likes Hockey, Football and Baseball. Chris shared his favorite SERVPRO experience has been “Helping everyone on Long Island when we traveled as a storm team during Hurricane Sandy. Watching everyone work together as a team and helping the people there quickly and efficiently was a great feeling. I also enjoyed traveling to REETS Drying Academy in Georgia for my ASD training.”

Randi has been with SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick since 2016. She started as our Administrative Assistant and is now our Office Manager. Randi came to SERVPRO with a passion for people and making sure they are taken care of so it was no surprise that this once CNA has been able to make our clients and staff feel they are her number one priority when working with her. When Randi is not here, she can be found hunting, spending time with her family and friends and playing with her dog. Randi shared her favorite SERVPRO story: “I received a call one afternoon of a home that had a horrible water damage. Their personal belongs were damaged and their home. I was sympathetic as I would be very upset if it was my house. I always try to put myself in their shoes. After the home was repaired, we received a satisfaction form stating that we are all so empathetic to the homeowners when they needed it most. The crew was also very caring to the homeowner and their belongings and it shows how much every single one of our workers cares. I love to be able to share this!”

Barb has been with SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick – Belfast/Camden/Rockland since 2011. She brought with her several years of client service and development experience working within the human resources areas at a marketing agency and staffing firm and is WRT certified. She spends time in the field educating others about all things SERVPRO. Barb is a current board member of the United Way of Midcoast Maine and the chair of the Bath/Brunswick Regional Chamber’s Women’s Leadership group (WILLPower). When not at work, Barb enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her boys play sports, being outdoors and volunteering in the community. Barb shared that what she likes about working at SERVPRO is “I love that we touch people’s lives usually in a time that they are overwhelmed, and our team supports them through the situation at hand and help them move forward.”

Randy has been with SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick since 2014 and is industry trained and certified and a U.S. Army veteran. In his role of Crew Chief, he trains and gives direction to the onsite crew per project, and acts as the liaison between the client, production managers and the office. When not at SERVPRO, he enjoys hunting, snowmobiling and spending time with family. Randy’s strong work ethic and his ability to do whatever is needed to get the job done make’s him a stand out for us. When Randy was asked what he likes most about his job, this was his answer: “I love working at SERVPRO because I like working with a good bunch of people who all know what they’re doing from experience. People are devastated when we show up, and when we are all done, they have a big smile on their face. That feeling I get, is awesome!!”

Rich has been with SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick since 2015 and is industry trained and certified and has several years of customer service/retail management that he brought to SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick. In his role of Crew Chief, he trains and gives direction to the onsite crew per project, and acts as the liaison between the client, production managers and the office. Rich is the team member who always looks at the bright side of a situation and keeps everyone motivated during a tough clean up. He can always be counted on due to his strong work ethic, sense of pride in his work, and his ability to make clients feel comfortable that they will be taken care of in a time of need.

Jenny is industry trained and certified and has been with SERVPRO of Bath Brunswick for two years. As a crew chief Jenny trains and gives direction to the onsite crew per project, and acts as the liaison between the client, production managers and the office. When asked what she loves about her job, Jenny let me know that she LOVES everything. Jenny is a great team player, can always be counted on and works hard to ensure our clients and her team are happy.

Karen has been with SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick since 1997 and is a Crew member, in this role she takes on any project(s) that are assigned to her and ensures they are completed the SERVPRO way and meets the client’s expectations or of course exceeds them. When she is not at SERVPRO, Karen enjoys travelling, bowling and spending time with family. Karen has been with SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick since the beginning and is very much a team player and a constant for us here. Her easy going nature and ability to make the client feel comfortable is one of her best qualities. She makes sure each Friday the day starts with donuts- a great motivator for most of the crew! It's also important to mention that she is often the one to coordinate birthdays and a celebration, ensuring no one is missed. When Karen was asked what she liked most about her job at SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick, this was her answer: " We have a great SERVPRO family, from Shawn & Marcy to my coworkers. Also, when going out and doing someone’s windows to a real bad fire, it’s the smile on their face and the thanks for being there for them that makes me happy."

Jay has been with SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick since 2019 and is industry trained and certified. In his role, he takes on any project(s) that are assigned to him and ensures they are completed the SERVPRO way and meets client’s expectations or of course exceeds them. When he is not at SERVPRO he enjoys gaming with his kids and spending time with his family. When Jay was asked what he likes most about his job, this was his answer: “I always enjoy at the end of a job seeing how happy the customer is with the end results of what we have done.”

Everlyn is a crew chief on our team and has been on our team since 2020. She really enjoys the people she works with here at SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick. We act like one big happy family! Everlyn also enjoys the variety of work that we do. She never gets bored with all the different restoration jobs. Outside of work, Everlyn likes to garden and play with her cats and dogs. She also enjoys hiking with friends and visiting local breweries.

Jessica is our administrative assistant at SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick. She's been with us since 2021. Jessica's favorite part of the job is the team she works with everyday. She is a mom, so outside of work, she is spending most of her time with family.

Evan is a crew chief on our team since 2016. He loves being able to help people in their time of need and getting their life back to normal after disaster. When he's not working, Evan likes to be outside and hang out with friends.

Noah is a crew chief on the team and has been here since 2020. He loves that everyday here brings something new and that he gets to help people during tough times in their lives. During his time off, Noah likes to stay active, hang with friends and watch any Boston-related sports.

Zack has been a production technician since 2020 here at SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick. He loves to be able to help people in their time of need. When he's not working, Zack likes to relax, watch movies and play with his dogs.

Anthony has been on our team since May 2023 as a labor technician! He loves that everyone at SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick feels like family. He loves that this type of work doesn't trap him in a repetitive cycle. Anthony spends most of his time off with his son and girlfriend and playing video games.

Mark is a production technician with SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick. He likes that SERVPRO helps others in their time of crisis. Mark said it feels good knowing that they helped a family get back on track in getting their life together. During his time off, Mark plays disc golf, fishes, hunts, hikes and plays video games! If he's not doing anything like that, he's usually with his son or his friends.

Sammi joined our team in August 2020 as a production technician and transitioned into crew chief! What she likes most about working here is that she's surrounded by a lot of highly driven, fun and knowledgeable people who genuinely care about those they work with and the communities they help in. When Sammi isn't working, she's spending time with family and friends.
