Their techs came out immediately to assess our mold situation and put a comprehensive game plan together to begin the remediation work within 24 hours. The mold turned out to be more extensive than we originally thought and the team needed to come out two more times due to advanced air quality testing we had performed. In each instance we received the exact same responsiveness and great quality of work. We can't say enough about our interaction with the front line team and the back office. This company is excellent! The employees are professionals and knowledgeable. The response time is always with 2-4 hours max.
A few years back I used them for a flood where my toddlers overflowed a toilet with toilet paper and the water damage came through the ceiling in my kitchen. It was a disaster. SERVPRO North Bethesda came to the rescue and restored my ceiling like it never even happened!!!
