Mold Removal and Remediation Services

SERVPRO sent help right away when we were unable to get rid of an unpleasant odor in the basement of our recently purchased home. They found the source of the problem (mold, which the home inspector had missed!) and gave us a reasonable quote for the remediation. They went to work quickly and came every day on time & were very respectful of our space. They let us know what was happening at every step of the way, and closed up the work-site neatly each evening. Our space is now mold and odor-free. To us, it seemed like a disaster, to these folks, just another day in the office. Mike and his crew responded quickly, were polite, friendly, and very supportive of a solution. They got right to work in a messy dirty cellar removing water from a plumbing leak that had me convinced we were going to lose a boiler, a furnace, and a water heater, but they came through for us. Highly recommend and it’s great knowing that we’ve got a company like SERVPRO and a team like Mike and his guys in our back pocket for these situations.

My elderly father had a backup in his finished basement and I contacted SERVPRO of North Adams. Michael has been great to work with and they were extremely fast to respond, start cleaning up, and getting the place dried out. They sent a crew over after hours to get a jump on removing the wet carpet. They follow up with you regularly and keep you up to date on the process. Hopefully I never have this issue again but if I do, I will be calling SERVPRO of North Adams.

Listen I'm going to be straight up. This experience of dealing with extensive water damage in your families home is devastating. I had no idea what to do or what to expect. When I talked with Mike the first time he put me at ease about what to expect.
When they finally came to my house to start the demolition they extremely professional and courteous and listened to our concerns. They didn't just come in and just start ripping things apart. They worked with us due to the fact that we have a small child. The attention to detail was more than I was expecting and I have to say I wouldn't use anybody else in the future if I ever have a problem like this again. Which I hope I don't. Overall can't say enough about them great team, worked very well together even knowing they were all brothers. Amazing.
