I don't wish a house fire on anyone, but Servpro of North Adams and Greenfield made the process as painless as it could possibly be. Michael Salzarulo and his crew not only did a great job managing a huge cleanup and mitigation job, but they went out of their way to try to help me with contractor referrals, extra support, and comprehensive information about the insurance claim process, which can be very intimidating to sort through without a guide.
