Michael Anthony Salzarulo
Michael Anthony Salzarulo is the owner of SERVPRO of North Adams, Greenfield, and SERVPRO of North Brookfield, Hardwick, Gardner. With a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering and a strong background in IT and programming, Michael transitioned into restoration to pursue a more hands-on and rewarding career. He is dedicated to delivering expert restoration services, specializing in water, fire, mold, and storm damage cleanup.
Michael holds multiple industry-leading certifications, including IICRC AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician), WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician), and ASD (Applied Structural Drying). He also maintains his Lead-Safe Renovator–Supervisor certification (LSR) and a Subrogation Certification. His training and experience have equipped him with extensive knowledge in emergency response, structural drying, contents cleaning, smoke and odor mitigation, and biohazard cleanup.
As an owner, Michael is committed to providing reliable, 24/7 restoration services to both residential and commercial clients. Whether addressing water damage, mitigating fire losses, remediating mold, or handling post-storm cleanup, he ensures that each property is restored to its pre-loss condition with professionalism and care. He and his team also offer odor removal, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and mold testing.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys fishing, working on wood restoration projects, and spending quality time with his young son. His passion for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and strong technical background all contribute to the high-quality service he brings to every restoration project.
Mark Manzi
Mark Manzi is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of North Adams, Greenfield/SERVPRO of North Brookfield, Hardwick, Gardner. He joined the team in May, bringing with him a strong foundation as an electrical apprentice. Mark’s technical background enhances his ability to support a wide range of restoration services, including fire, water, and mold remediation, as well as construction and cleaning. He is also IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certified, further strengthening his expertise in water damage restoration and ensuring industry-standard quality on every job.
Originally from Somers, CT, Mark developed a passion for working with his hands early on—whether it was tuning up cars or rebuilding computers. His attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and enthusiasm for solving complex problems make him a valuable member of the SERVPRO team. Mark is excited to bring his electrical knowledge into the restoration industry and is committed to delivering quality service to homeowners and businesses alike.
Anthony Pecor
Anthony is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of North Adams, Greenfield / SERVPRO of North Brookfield, Hardwick, Gardner. He joined the team in January 2026, bringing a strong work ethic, a passion for learning, and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers recover from water, fire, and mold damage. Anthony is committed to delivering high-quality restoration services and supporting every project with professionalism and care.
Originally from Chicopee, Anthony spent his teen years in Westfield and now calls Ashfield home. Outside of work, he is a proud parent to a 3-year-old and enjoys working out or playing video games. What many people may not know is that he is a die-hard gamer and avid collector, with a love for classic physical media games, trading cards, coins, and model cars.
Anthony’s dedication to hard work, curiosity, and customer service make him a valuable member of the SERVPRO team.

To us, it seemed like a disaster, to these folks, just another day in the office. Mike and his crew responded quickly, were polite, friendly, and very supportive of a solution. They got right to work in a messy dirty cellar removing water from a plumbing leak that had me convinced we were going to lose a boiler, a furnace, and a water heater, but they came through for us. SERVPRO sent help right away when we were unable to get rid of an unpleasant odor in the basement of our recently purchased home. They found the source of the problem (mold, which the home inspector had missed!) and gave us a reasonable quote for the remediation. They went to work quickly and came every day on time & were very respectful of our space. They let us know what was happening at every step of the way, and closed up the work-site neatly each evening. Our space is now mold and odor-free. Listen I'm going to be straight up. This experience of dealing with extensive water damage in your families home is devastating. I had no idea what to do or what to expect. When I talked with Mike the first time he put me at ease about what to expect.
When they finally came to my house to start the demolition they extremely professional and courteous and listened to our concerns. They didn't just come in and just start ripping things apart. They worked with us due to the fact that we have a small child. The attention to detail was more than I was expecting and I have to say I wouldn't use anybody else in the future if I ever have a problem like this again. Which I hope I don't. Overall can't say enough about them great team, worked very well together even knowing they were all brothers. Amazing.
