We had a great experience with SERVPRO after an accidental sink overflow caused water damage in our home. They were incredibly responsive and were able to come out the same day. They immediately got to work assessing the damage and starting the drying process, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Mike, the owner, was wonderful to work with. He took the time to walk me through each step of the process, showed me exactly where the water damage was, and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and why. He also helped guide me through the next steps with our homeowners insurance, which was extremely helpful during an already stressful situation. The entire team was respectful, kind, professional, and very efficient with their work. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and I really appreciated how quickly they responded and got everything under control. Hopefully we never need their services again—but if we ever have water damage in the future, SERVPRO will absolutely be the first company we call. I would highly recommend Mike and his team!

I had SERVPRO come out for a water damage issue, and they did a great job. The team was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and made the whole process a lot less stressful. I’d definitely recommend SERVPRO if you ever have water damage.
Michael and his Servpro team was great! They came to my home in Somers CT promptly when I called about the water leaking from my upstairs air conditioner. Michael was very thorough and because of his quick actions we were able to minimize damage and dry everything up right away! Thank you!

Servpro eliminated all the problems my home in Savoy MA experienced as a result of burst pipes. From the very first phone call to owner Michael, all was done in the most professional manner. Water removal and cleanup followed by restoration of affected areas (walls, carpeted and hardwood floors) have left the house in a condition where the damage was unnoticeable and the house looks great. Thanks to the highly qualified and experienced Servpro team (Mark, Kyle, Landon, John and owner Michael). I recommend them to anyone needing their services.
just here to say these guys are the BEST!!!!!... I was in trouble, I called, they came over same day. walked me through everything, on time, focused, clean, and team works well together....also very patient with my anxiety and 2000000 questions.....and they also do a marvelous job of superb clean up before they leave...that really stuck out to me, as I was prepared with vacuum and Swiffer, bc thats meee, but no need..... they cleaned better than I do!...house smells great, no old drain smells, which was driving me nuts.and did I say personable? like they're part of the family, not just workers who walk by you and hide... call Michael salzarulo , owner, and gitter done!... glad I did.......THANK YOU SERVPRO TO ALLLLLL OF YOU>>>>>>> :)
