I had SERVPRO come out for a water damage issue, and they did a great job. The team was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and made the whole process a lot less stressful. I’d definitely recommend SERVPRO if you ever have water damage.

Servpro eliminated all the problems my home in Savoy MA experienced as a result of burst pipes. From the very first phone call to owner Michael, all was done in the most professional manner. Water removal and cleanup followed by restoration of affected areas (walls, carpeted and hardwood floors) have left the house in a condition where the damage was unnoticeable and the house looks great. I don't wish a house fire on anyone, but Servpro of North Adams and Greenfield made the process as painless as it could possibly be. Michael Salzarulo and his crew not only did a great job managing a huge cleanup and mitigation job, but they went out of their way to try to help me with contractor referrals, extra support, and comprehensive information about the insurance claim process, which can be very intimidating to sort through without a guide. I had MANY complications and headaches during the repair process, but Servpro's team was consistently professional, friendly, knowledgeable and bending over backwards to help me through all the bumps in the road that came up along the way. I can't imagine going through this with a better team and am SO glad they were the first call I made when disaster hit!

Our cellar was flooded after a 40 gallon hot water heater failed and flooded our basement to include a finished rec.room. We contacted our insurance company who recommended Serve Pro.
