They were great to work with and worked directly with my insurance carrier to make sure that the work that needed to be done was covered as fully as possible, which in my case was 100% coverage of the demolition. The crew who came to do the work was respectful and knowledgeable and helped me to understand the scope that they were going to be doing on a daily basis. I was hesitant because SERVPRO is a national company and thought that I would be just another claim number, however this franchise owner was completely involved with the project, we talked daily for updates and timelines. He was also well versed in the insurance claim process and was able to help me better understand how the coverage worked. They were great and I cannot recommend them enough!
