We had a very good experience with this SERVPRO franchise today. The principal responded within 5 minutes to my urgent phone request for the cleanup of a small, inactive sewage spill on a Sunday morning. He carefully explained the scope of work and the estimated charge, $325. I agreed there was no emergency, and he asked if I could wait 2 hours for the work to begin. The crew arrived on time in a small van equipped with water and vacuum service. The crew chief carefully surveyed the site, documented it with photographs, and explained exactly what would be done. The men were efficient, thorough, careful, communicative, and intelligent. Within an hour they had cleaned and disinfected the area thoroughly, washing the floor, wiping down all contacted surfaces, and collecting all items that could not be salvaged. When it was done more photos were taken and I was asked for my approval; the charge, $350, was reasonable. I would use this service again and I recommend it highly to anyone else.
