Meet Our Team

Ellen Sullivan is the Office Manager at SERVPRO^®; of Medford/Everett. She has her Water Restoration Technician and Fire Restoration Technician certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Ellen has been with the company since 2005.

Joseph is a Project Manager for SERVPRO of Malden/Melrose. He has a background in the restoration industry in Connecticut and Florida. Joseph has earned IICRC certifications in several important restorative areas. He was a construction superintendent for a number of years and puts that knowledge to work in our build-back initiatives.
In his free time, Joseph enjoys flying airplanes, traveling, and hiking.

Dennielle is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Malden/Melrose joining our team in 2021. She worked in California for a SERVPRO franchise for over three years. Dennielle also had experience as a job file coordinator for a flood management company. Dennielle has matriculated from college and lives in Saugus. She has been happily married since 2007 and has three children, a beautiful baby girl, and two great-looking sons. Dennielle fills all of her free time with her family and enjoys attending and encouraging the young ones in their sports and school activities. The Marine Corps Honor Fun Run and Veterans parades are several of the activities and military organizations she is involved in her husband.

Jon Ethier is a Project Manager at SERVPRO^®; of Medford/Everett. He has his Applied Structural Drying, Water Restoration Technician and Fire Restoration Technician certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Jon has been with the company since 2007.

Eddy Hernandez is a crew chief at SERVPRO^®; of Medford/Everett. He has his Water Restoration Technician certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Eddy has been with the company since 2003.

Katie Shearer is an office administrator at SERVPRO of Malden/Melrose and has logged over 20 years of bookkeeping and administrative expertise.
As our office administrator, Katie is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and customer care. She runs a well-organized office staff. When not in the office, Katie spends activity time with her two young daughters Abigail and Evelyn, and her husband Brian.

Michael is a Production Technicians since 2020 at SERVPRO of Malden/Melrose. He is a native of Beverly, MA. He has earned his WRT water damage restoration and FSRT fire and smoke restoration certifications from the IICRC--The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. Michael is a member of our armed forces, the Army Reserves. and enjoys the outdoors and hiking. He enjoys hiking and being outdoors.

Thomas Heenan is our new Business Development Manager at SERVPRO of Malden/Melrose since 2020. He is a native of Medford, MA, and matriculated from Salem State University. Tom began his working years in the non-profit sector for the American Red Cross. He has had success in advertising and real estate and is now passionate about expanding our SERVPRO footprint. He plans to provide our clients with solutions for water, fire, and mold damage. Tom shares a home in Salem with his wife Rachel, their small boy Trevor and his dog Rocky! The Boston Bruins are his team. He enjoys hiking, reading, and of course, spending time with his family.

Edwin is a Crew Chief here at SERVPRO of Malden/Melrose and is a great asset to our company. He is now calling Lowell home. Edwin's experience in the cleanup and restoration industry spans many years, and he is certified in mold remediation AMRT, water restorations, WRT and trauma, and crime scene biohazard cleaning. Traveling and spending time with his family add to Edwin's delights.

Jimmy Cavanaugh is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Malden/Melrose and is now living in Methuen, MA.
He has been working for SERVPRO's cleanup and restoration services and construction since 2007 and has accumulated many certifications:
• Osha 10 construction industry
• Osha 10 general industry
• health and safety
• Fire and smoke restoration FSRT
• Water damage restoration WRT
• Trauma and crime scene
Jimmy is a great all-around guy who cares for his customers and likes taking his two kids on day trips, to the beach and amusement parks. When he finds the time a good game of pool or throwing darts is always enjoyable.

Alana is an Office Administrator at SERVPRO of Malden/Melrose since 2020. She matriculated from college and has a Marketing Degree from Fisher College in Boston. She has worked as a Director at the YMCA. Alana is always prepared to assist in any way to get your property back, "Like it never even happened." Contact her at (978) 744-4545. Yana is an Office Administrator at SERVPRO of Malden / Melrose since 2021. Her outstanding customer service dates back to her many years of experience in banking--from teller to operations. She is excited to join our SERVPRO team. She is available to assist customers, fellow workers, and individuals seeking help restoring their properties after a water, fire, or mold damaging event. Pedro is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Malden/Melrose since 2020. He is passionate about his new career change, is hardworking, and wishes to learn much about the restoration industry. He has been a chef, among other jobs, and we are delighted to have him here with our production team. Pedro lives in Lowell, MA, and relishes the challenges of video gaming, playing baseball and basketball, and taking long road trips.

Eliseo Gonzalez is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Malden/Melrose. He hails from the Boston area and has years of experience in the construction field. He has been training and learning about water damage restoration since 2020. Eliseo always puts his five children first and spends as much time as possible with them. He enjoys watching and playing sports.
