Servepro came to our home ASAP and Nathan and his team began to mitigate the water damage. They were there until we were comfortable and standing water was gone. Fans and dehumidifiers were put in place to assist with drying and stopping any mold. Next day Antonio and his crew brought in mats to pull water out of wood flooring and more fans. Our engineered wood flooring and some tile had to be removed due to moisture not being able to be removed. Moisture levels were taken every day until it was gone. On the tenth day dry out was completed and all ServePro equipment was removed. We are pleased with the results and all of the employees who attended to our water mitigation.
