About Us

Quick response. Professional. Very thorough. Would highly recommend.

I was very pleased with my team that came out from Servpro to help resolve the water issue in my basement. They were courteous, informative, and very helpful.

We had a great experience with Jacob and his team (I think it was Jesus and Carlos, but don’t quote me on that, Servpro please double check so they get the credit). Jacob called me immediately following my submission to my insurance company and we determined that they didn’t need to send an after hours team that night, but he came the next morning and did a very thorough inspection of the water damage and identified damage and mold we weren’t even aware of! We thought we had a shower leak, and Jacob figured out that we actually had a leaking window that affected the shower and walls in multiple bathrooms. His team was quick and effective. They were very professional, and Jacob sent us an email summary each day of the progress and everything that was done! We were blown away by the level of communication from Jacob! He truly goes above and beyond! When I reached out to the team with minor issues during the switch from the mitigation to restoration team (we had an exterior wall without insulation when it was 100 degrees, it was getting pretty hot inside) Jacob personally reached out to me and provided a very workable solution that helped tremendously l, even though his team had completed their job. We were very impressed with Jacob and his customer service. Not to mention, our dog Jellybean loved Jacob, and thought he was here just to see him. Thank you Jacob and ServPro!

Great people! Acted swiftly to limit the water damage. Very courteous and professional team members. Thank you!

Showed up on time, installed equipment and successfully resolved the water intrusion.

I contacted ServPro following extension water damage to our home in 5 months ago. It was after 9pm but the crew arrived within 90 minutes of the initial call and got to work. They finished all the water removal, drying the house, mold mitigation, pack out of all our belongings and furniture and demolition. Jessica was our lead and her team of Kaliya, Alyssa, Joe, Justin, Zion, Marcos, Thomas, and Amanda. Albert was our demolition lead and I wish I had kept better track of all the names on our job and they deserve that recognition. It takes alot of time and effort to do this work and they were great! The warehouse team of Lupita, Reina, Alicia, Erica and Mike were great. We were able to pick up a few things from the warehouse and the rest of our belongings were delivered back to our home in great shape! ServPro of Olathe gets 5 star out of 5 stars!

I reached out to SERVPRO after a neighbor recommended them, and I could not have been happier with the experience. Exceptional from start to finish — incredibly responsive, great communication, and thorough during the visit. What stood out most was how clearly everything was explained to me efficiently without ever being condescending or trying to oversell the situation. As a woman handling a home issue on my own, I especially appreciated feeling respected, listened to, and given straightforward information so I could make an informed decision. I had previously spoken with another company that recommended a significantly more extensive — and far more expensive — scope of work, so the difference in approach was striking. SERVPRO was honest about what actually needed to be done, what didn’t, and never tried to sell me services I didn’t need. Professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Daniel was a very good communicator and very personal. He was always reachable and on time. The people I dealt with put me at ease with the whole process
