"SERVPRO came out to our house to clean up water damage from a burst pipe. I called at 6pm and they said they could make out that night if we wanted them to be. We opted for the next morning because we have two small kids. They showed up during their 2 hour window which I appreciated because a lot of companies don't. They were also familiar with our insurance company and assured me that it was easy and painless. It took 3 days for our dryout. They came back after 24 hours to make sure the fans were working properly and that it was on track. On the third day they came back and it was dry!! Very friendly and professional staff and would recommend to anyone! I even had to call at night to ask a question and Amanda was so nice and answered my question happily!
