ServPro of Warsaw was outstanding during a very difficult situation. My company experienced a sudden water main break under the floor, causing a major water incursion that flooded much of the building within minutes. What initially felt like a catastrophic event quickly became manageable because of ServPro’s immediate response, organization, and professionalism. Their team arrived quickly, began mitigation right away, and handled the situation with real competence and care. I especially appreciated how well they coordinated with the insurance company and insurance adjuster, which helped reduce the stress and confusion of the process. They were organized, responsive, and clearly experienced in dealing with serious water damage situations.
