As of January 1st of this year Ryan and Lorissa Wolfe purchased this location have established a family environment that embraces each employee as family. I can't say enough good things about this company. From start to finish, everyone involved from mitigation, to roofing, to drywall and ceiling repair, to painting, and cleanup. This was a nightmare situation with several leaks in roof, water damage, etc., ... and each person involved kept us informed with professionalism and accuracy.
Eli inspected three areas of my house for different stages of mold growth. Instead of trying to upsell, he provided his honest assessment and stated that most of my issues could be resolved without a professional. It’s very rare to experience such a high quality of customer service, and I’ll definitely be recommending and using SERVPRO in the event of a worsening problem.
We had water from the upstairs bathroom which leaked into the garage. SERVPRO came and did an estimate and repaired it very quickly. Other companies I've used for this type of work were not nearly as good. Everything was done the first time with no issues.
We had a burst pipe that caused a flood that destroyed a whole floor of our house. The SERVPRO teams, demolition and reconstruction, were absolutely outstanding. They worked to show us how much they really cared about what was happening. Frequent check-ins and personal contacts made a huge difference. And, at the end, the house was returned to pristine shape.
