Buddy joined the SERVPRO of Bloomington team as general manager in July of 2021. He has decades of experience in the construction and restoration industries and holds a variety of industry certifications.

Troy serves as our director of strategic growth for all of our SERVPRO franchises. He has years of experience in the construction and restoration industries.

Gary serves as our business operations manager, representing various roles in our franchises. His years of experience and expertise in the business are invaluable to our team of restoration experts.

Scotty Harvey is our director of construction services. He oversees all aspects of the reconstruction phases of our ongoing commercial restoration projects.

Dave serves as one of our construction project managers. Dave spent decades growing and expanding his own business before joining our team of professional restoration and reconstruction leaders.

Ric serves as one of our construction project managers and is highly skilled when it comes to estimating construction jobs for our clients and insurance partners. His training and experience in the field helps expedite the reconstruction process for all involved.

JD is a construction project manager, where he works to ensure our customers' homes and businesses are restored to preloss condition.

Dylan, who serves as our construction division estimator, joined the SERVPRO of Bloomington team in April 2022. His experience in the restoration business and technological abilities allow him to serve our clients as they navigate the reconstruction process.

As our construction job file coordinator, Ana keeps our construction staff scheduled, organized and works directly with our clients and insurance partners. Ana is efficient and always ready to help at a moment's notice.

Logan serves as one of our carpenters in our reconstruction division. He works to build back our customers' homes or businesses, following the mitigation process.

Krystal serves in marketing and business development for SERVPRO of Bloomington. She joined our team in May of 2022, after spending nearly 25 years as a local news reporter and journalist.

Matt joined the SERVPRO of Bloomington team in 2024, adopting the role of public sector business development representative. Matt works closely with area first responders to ensure they know how much SERVPRO supports and appreciates the work they do.

As the Bloomington mitigation operations manager, Eli is highly trained and holds a wide variety of industry certifications to make sure our clients are always receiving the best possible service.

As a mitigation project manager for SERVPRO of Bloomington, Cory has a variety of construction and mitigation experience. He is trained and certified according to industry standards and provides excellent service to our clients.

As the Fortville mitigation operations manager, Maria specializes in fire cleanup and restoration. She holds a variety of certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

Macie is a project manager, where she uses her expertise and experience to ensure our customers' homes and businesses are fully restored following a disaster.

Debra serves as a contents project manager for our production team. With several years of experience in the restoration field, she ensures our customers' homes and businesses are restored following a disaster.

Daron joined the SERVPRO of Bloomington team in June 2022. He has experience in the mitigation field and holds a variety of certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

Ty is a mitigation crew chief. He works closely with our customers during the mitigation process on their home or business to ensure it is restored to preloss condition.

Cassie serves as our mitigation job file coordinator, where she works in tandem with the mitigation team to complete job reviews and audits.

Amanda W. serves as our chief financial officer for all of our SERVPRO locations in Indiana and Illinois.

Lara serves in human resources for all of our SERVPRO franchise operations.

As our accounting manager, Brittany T. brings a lot of experience, expertise, management and professionalism to the financial side of the SERVPRO of Bloomington team.

Hillary serves our operations support manager for all of our SERVPRO franchises, where she oversees our scheduling and dispatch operations.

Madison serves as our administrative operator for our dispatch center, where she is often one of the first voices our customers hear when they call us for help.
