This is a company with honesty and integrity. They were prompt and gave us great information as we explored our options for dealing with an inherited house of a hoarder. We were told that the best option at the time might not be to have the place restored but to just sell it. This tells me that SERVPRO looks out for the customer's best interest, even when it means they might not profit.
