This is a company with honesty and integrity. They were prompt and gave us great information as we explored our options for dealing with an inherited house of a hoarder. We were told that the best option at the time might not be to have the place restored but to just sell it. This tells me that SERVPRO looks out for the customer's best interest, even when it means they might not profit. We were also given a lot of extra helpful, information that moved us in the right direction in terms of what we needed to do to resolve our issues. We would definitely choose SERVEPRO of Springfield again should we ever have need because we believe they are trustworthy with excellent ethics.
Servpro was very timely and responsive in dealing with a water damage situation. I had in my house three weeks ago. I was especially impressed with their professionalization and how careful they were and moving the equipment in and out of my house. I would definitely call them again if I need a similar service.
