Fernando Perez and his team were professional, accommodating, nice and articulate. I experienced water damage within my wall and floor that resulted in mold. It is not anything that anyone would want to experience, water travels and can cause bigger issues if not addressed. Every step of the process was communicated to me in real time, I never felt like I was in the dark about what they observing as they worked. He even advised me on next steps which was extremely helpful when speaking with insurance. He made sure that when insurance sent the adjuster out he was their to answer any questions and explain the steps that needed to be taken to solve the issue. This experience has been stressful to say the least, but working with Fernando and his team has brought relief.

The Servpro team has been great! Our team lead Diana was so helpful and showed great care for our tenants. She made sure they knew everything that needed to happen and took really good care of people and their belongings. The closing team were super efficient and helpful. We had extensive water damage and John & Carlos were able to assess all the levels to make sure everything was dry and pull all the equipment without being disruptive to the tenants. They were polite and professional. Overall, great work from everyone involved!
