Meet Our Team

As an owner and executive, Stephanie is the hub of the operation here at SERVPRO of Orland Park. Her knack for organization and efficiency keeps everything running smoothly. Stephanie previously held administrative leadership positions with the University of Hawaii and the University of Iowa. She also holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University Hawaii. We are pleased and fortunate to have Stephanie on our Team.

As owner and Chief Financial Officer, Amanda leads by combining strategic financial stewardship with operational ownership, while fostering excellence in service.

Our General Manager, Nick, serves our community and leads with his twenty + years of experience. His expertise is in the commercial and residential Fire and Water Damage restoration field. He leads with excellence and while generating quick results in emergency situations with the highest level of client service. Nick delivers by putting families back in their homes and companies back in business.

David Mason is our Vice President of Operations for SERVPRO of Orland Park. Dave joined SERVPRO in 2006 when he coordinated 90 franchises as a BDP Business Development Program Specialist and brought his significant experience to SERVPRO Team Zubricki. Dave's experience and dedication has resulted in a substantial number of accolades, including the prestigious 2024 Franchise of the Year awarsd and numerous Extra Mile Awards as well as the 2014 Outstanding Service Award. He has headed our Commercial Large Loss unit as a Sales Manager and also our far-ranging Storm Team. David has built a national network of contacts throughout the restoration industry during his tenure and his knowledge, personality, and drive make him a valuable member of our SERVPRO family.

Meet Elvira, our Administrative Assistant! Elvira joined SERVPRO in 2013 and continuously delivers exemplary customer service. Elvira successfully manages demands of the daily operations, organizes job scheduling, prepares payroll, helps where needed, while also assisting to ensure that all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation. She keeps our office running smoothly so the team can quickly respond to your residential and commercial fire, water, mold and biohazard cleanup and repair needs. English or Spanish speaking, Elvira is ready for your call!
