General Cleaning and Janitorial Services

Morning, yes, it is that Geraldo Rivera. Over the years I've covered countless disasters for the news. The flooding that devastated the apartment of my daughter's close friend on the first day of school was very upsetting. When Vincent reached out for help I knew from personal experience that Servpro was the call to make. Steve and his Kendall county team were terrific. They cleaned the damage, retrieved Vince's property, and restored his life. Bravo Scuba Steve and Servpro and thank you. Geraldo Rivera

We had a great experience with SERVPRO of Kendall County from start to finish. The owner, Steve, personally walked us through the entire process, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly responsive. They got out to us quickly, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The entire crew was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and hardworking. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing and genuinely cared about doing the job right. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend SERVPRO of Kendall County and Steve’s team! Five stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We cannot say enough good things about SERVPRO of Kendall County and the incredible job they have done helping us recover from the fire at Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home. From the very beginning, owner Steve has been personally involved, responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping us through a very difficult situation. Steve and his entire team have gone above and beyond to understand the unique needs of a funeral home, work around our schedule, and minimize disruption to the families we serve. Their attention to detail throughout the fire and smoke remediation process has been outstanding, and their communication with us every step of the way has given us tremendous confidence. What has impressed me most is that Steve does not simply oversee the job from a distance—he is on site daily and takes a personal interest in making sure the work is done correctly and that our concerns are addressed. That level of ownership, care, and professionalism is increasingly rare. We are extremely grateful to Steve Pearson and the entire SERVPRO of Kendall County team for everything they have done for us, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone facing fire, smoke, water, or property damage. They have truly earned our trust, respect, and sincere appreciation.

Good service! The trades people they use are the best! Every detail taken care of.

Rob arrived exactly on time. Did an assessment and advised that they were unable to provide the exact service I needed. Prompt, professional, and honest. Thank you!!!

This is a fantastic company. We had an electric fire and had servpro come out. Gene is a wonderful man. Very sweet and gets straight to point. Daniella and her group did awesome job. Very sweet girls. Overall the company is great but the people are better !

Steve was out almost instantly to asses the damage and come up with a plan of action after my sump pump wen out and my basement flooded. Within a couple hours the crew was here taking care of the mess left behind. Enrique and Felipe were very diligent careful and professional with their work. The whole process was explained very well and what went from a terrible moment not knowing where to begin turned into a sigh of relief. 10/10 would highly recommend. Thanks again Kendall County SERVPRO team.

Very knowledgeable, very good at what they do. Fast and caring! Crew was amazing. Moved everything out, pulled up my flooring, got all air movers going and game me peace of mind. Very good at communicating! Walked me through everything.
