My State Farm agent suggested I contact this firm to help remediate a water problem in my basement. The manager did contact me quickly and had a crew at my home in 2 hours. They were professional and worked quickly. They also worked around my schedule to check on the dehumidifiers and measured the walls to make sure the moisture was gone. They also sprayed the interior of the walls with a solution to present mold/fungus. I would call them again.

Thank you for the excellent job on my laundry room. Everyone was great- did an excellent clean up, drying up all areas that were affected. The reconstruction was professionally done, and I can't say enough about GONZO.He went above & beyond! Painted a spot on the wall, behind the washer & dryer that I didn't realize was there- he painted an area that I don't believe was part of the loss. Thats showing how far SERVPRO of KC will go to please a customer!

About Us
SERVPRO of Kendall County has been a part of the surrounding communities since January 2010. Steve Pearson was born and raised in the Joliet area. Steve attended Lewis University where he graduated in 1998 with a degree in Business Administration. Upon graduating college Steve moved to the Kendall County area where he started working as a claims adjuster for Farmers Insurance. During his 10 years as an adjuster, he learned a lot about restoration first hand and eventually decided he wanted to be involved in that side of helping people. Using his adjuster experience, restoration knowledge, and college degree, Steve met a SERVPRO franchise owner and decided to purchase a license to operate in Kendall County. We have been in business for almost 10 years and bring a wealth of experience with out team of restoration professionals. With over 20 years of experience as a claims adjuster and on the restoration side, Steve and the SERVPRO of Kendall County team pride themselves on taking whatever disaster comes their way and making it as SERVPRO says “Like it never even happened."
