We had a water leak that ran through three floors of our home. Our insurance recommended we reach out to a damage/restoration company which led me to SERVPRO new Lenox/frankfort. The job is still on going but I am so pleased by this company I'm leaving this review before the job is complete. Everyone I've encountered (Christian, Alex) have been so professional and kind, on time, clean (I can't believe how neat someone can be while taking out water damaged drywall but these guys are). Having your home upended is not fun, but this experience was made 100 times less painful because of this company and their employees. I really am blown away by what a positive experience this has been. 10/10.
I highly recommend using SERVPRO - I called after finding water in my basement & they were at my house within 2 hours to assess the damage, take pictures & developed a plan to remedy the situation. Everyone that came through my house was professional - they laid down blankets to bring equipment in & out & explained everything that they were doing. Received daily visits to make sure basement was drying out & everyone was very nice. They cleaned up a mess that I could never do myself with a smile on their face saying that’s our job!
