Buddy is the general manager of SERVPRO of Carbondale-Marion. He has years of experience in the construction and restoration industries.

With more than a decade of restoration and construction experience, Troy is our director of strategic growth for our SERVPRO teams.

Gary serves as our business operations manager. His years of experience and expertise in the business are invaluable to our team of restoration experts.

Scotty H. is our director of construction services. He oversees all aspects of the reconstruction phases of our ongoing commercial and residential restoration projects.

Ric serves as our construction project manager and is highly skilled when it comes to estimating construction jobs for our clients and insurance partners. His training and experience in the field helps expedite the reconstruction process for all involved.

Travis serves as the construction project manager for SERVPRO of Carbondale-Marion. He works alongside our construction teams to ensure a customer-focused experience and works to make sure each job is returned to preloss condition.

Dylan, who serves as our construction project estimator, joined the SERVPRO of Carbondale-Marion team in April 2022. His experience in the restoration business and technological abilities allow him to serve our clients as they navigate the reconstruction process.

As our construction job files coordinator, Ana keeps our construction staff scheduled, organized and works directly with our clients and insurance partners. Ana is efficient and always ready to help at a moment's notice.

Krystal serves as the manager of marketing and business development for SERVPRO of Carbondale-Marion. She joined our team in May of 2022, after spending nearly 25 years as a local news reporter and journalist.

Jason has decades of sales and marketing experience. He has taken on the natural role of as manager of marketing and business development, where he has the easy ability to connect with potential clients and customers.

Amanda W. serves as the chief financial officer for all of our SERVPRO locations in Indiana and Illinois.

Lara serves in human resources for all of our SERVPRO franchise operations.

As our accounting manager, Brittany brings a lot of experience, expertise, management and professionalism to the financial side of the SERVPRO of Carbondale-Marion team.

As our accounting administrator, Morgan brings a lot of experience, expertise, management and professionalism to the financial side of the SERVPRO of Carbondale-Marion team.

As the mitigation operations manager for the SERVPRO of Carbondale-Marion team, Gavin takes great pride in customer satisfaction. He has several certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

Shelly serves as our contents project manager. She has more than a decade of experience as our senior-most employee. She holds multiple certifications through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

Dakota is a mitigation crew chief at SERVPRO of Carbondale-Marion. Dakota works directly with our customers to ensure their homes and businesses are restored after a disaster.

Dylan serves as one of our mitigation project managers and helps manage our job sites. He is customer-focused and always ready to help. He has several years of experience and has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

Charlie serves as one of our mitigation project managers, where he works closely with our customers to restore their homes and businesses after a disaster.

Ariana K. serves as the textile crew chief for SERVPRO of Carbondale-Marion. She works to help restore our clients most valuable possessions through our soft contents division.

Alysa works as one of our textile cleaning technicians in our content-cleaning division, where she works hard to restore customers' contents after a disaster.

Hillary serves as the operations support manager for all of our SERVPRO franchise locations.

Madison serves as our administrative operator in our dispatch center. She is one of the first voices our customers hear when they call us for help.
