About Us
We purchased the territory of Aurora in 2022 but we have owned our warehouse in Aurora since 2007! We found our building with the help of a realtor friend and we have built it into the fantastic facility that it is!! In addition to serving as our home office for our Aurora franchise, we also have our content cleaning operations in that facility. We have our Esporta clothes cleaning system and process our clothes, leather and all upholstery cleaning there. We also do our hard furniture, electronics and our ultrasonic cleaning systems there.

Kurt and Cindy of ServPro Elgin/NW Kane (AND ALSO) Aurora were able to service my northern Yorkvile condo. Kurt -- their production manager--was extremely responsive, detail-oriented, and reassuring of all my concerns both before, during, and after. Any and all "punchlist" items that needed follow-up from the initial service were addressed IMMEDIATELY the next day, which was so appreciated to ensure refraining from a piecemeal approach to avoid allowing any mold to further respawn. My job was involved because it was not related to a specific water loss but mold all over/humidity event, so their proposal and fair price was appreciated. It was almost more like a full fiberglass washdown. Thank you Kurt & ServPro for customizing for my needs.
