I will call them every single time I need them, and couldn’t recommend them more. You’d be crazy to call anyone else!

Team Jackowiec did an outstanding job on the clean of our facility after a burst water pipe flooded our facility. Great communication, thorough clean and a professional and hard working team got our facility in great shape.

Don and the whole Serv Pro team was a great help while we mitigated a water leak and repairs. From responding at 11p on a Friday, to managing an insurance dispute, to organizing a high quality rebuild, we couldn’t have been happier. We didn’t want to walk into a flooded house, ever, but we were glad our first call was to Serv pro.

It's great that there are still honest businesses out there. We have a musty smell after rain storms in our recently built home and were afraid we had a roof leak. I contacted ServPro for their free estimate. They sent out Kurt, who did a thorough analysis with photos of our entire attic. His findings: too much humidity in the house but no water damage or mold. And true to their word, there was no charge. So they will only sell you services you need. 5 stars.

Kurt and Cindy of ServPro Elgin/NW Kane (AND ALSO) Aurora were able to service my northern Yorkvile condo. Kurt -- their production manager--was extremely responsive, detail-oriented, and reassuring of all my concerns both before, during, and after. Any and all "punchlist" items that needed follow-up from the initial service were addressed IMMEDIATELY the next day, which was so appreciated to ensure refraining from a piecemeal approach to avoid allowing any mold to further respawn. My job was involved because it was not related to a specific water loss but mold all over/humidity event, so their proposal and fair price was appreciated. It was almost more like a full fiberglass washdown. Thank you Kurt & ServPro for customizing for my needs.

Both Chris and Tony were extremely helpful and supportive throughout their entire portion of our rebuild process required from our home flood. We would definitely use their service again.

In March of 2024, my neighbor turned the first floor kitchen, dining room and garage of my townhouse Into an indoor pool. I immediately contacted Servpro who showed up in less than 1 hour from my call. Throughout the process, there was great communication and prompt responses to all my questions and concerns. Joe and his crew, from start to finish, were on time, hardworking and willing to help. Everything went smoothly with Servpro and my insurance to make my home whole again. I hope this never happens to me again but if it does, I’d contact Servpro.
