SERVPRO did like the commercial says and made it "Like it never even happened". Allen and Ana did a great job helping us on our little kitchen fire. We never realize how much the smoke actually spread until they did the walk through with us and the adjuster. The adjuster approved everything and they had it all cleaned within 5 days. Great company and very polite employees.
The process went much smoother than we anticipated. Julio was very understanding and considerate of our situation. My husband uses a walker so Julio always made sure the fans were placed so that they were not in my husbands way.
They worked hard and did a great job!

We purchased the territory of Aurora in 2022 but we have owned our warehouse in Aurora since 2007! We found our building with the help of a realtor friend and we have built it into the fantastic facility that it is!! In addition to serving as our home office for our Aurora franchise, we also have our content cleaning operations in that facility. We have our Esporta clothes cleaning system and process our clothes, leather and all upholstery cleaning there. We also do our hard furniture, electronics and our ultrasonic cleaning systems there.
